We’re seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a senior leadership role as Assistant Director of Clinical Services.
This position partners closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to oversee behavioral programming, staff training, and clinical quality across educational and residential programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support clinical and behavior teams across school and residential settings
- Provide mentorship, training, and professional development for clinical staff
- Lead data-driven treatment planning, crisis management, and program audits
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance
- Participate in research, conferences, and publication initiatives
- Support organizational leadership and program growth
Qualifications:
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education
- Active BCBA certification required
- 7–10 years of clinical experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and supervision
- Experience with challenging behaviors in autism or developmental disability settings
