Our client is seeking a Senior Admin Assistant! This exciting opportunity supports the team’s compliance and risk management efforts within a Cultural and Social Organization. This full-time, onsite position at their Hollywood, FL office offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Job Description:


Compensation : $30 - $35 Job ID : 42727

Job Function:

  • Assist with receiving and processing lease applications, verifying information, and notifying prospective residents of application results.

  • Prepare, execute, and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.

  • Address resident concerns, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents.

  • Assist with various property management tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating move-in/move-out processes.

  • Manage resident communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.

  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations, keeping the leasing process efficient and organized.


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 5 years of experience with administrative or compliance work, particularly in data entry or document tracking.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or COI tracking software.

Qualifications
