Our client is a prestigious investment banking firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX. This role offers the opportunity to support high-level professionals in a fast-paced and highly respected financial environment. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office.

Job Description:


Compensation : $30 - $35 Job ID : 41731

Job Function:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries.

  • Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and vendor coordination.

  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track project deadlines.

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply orders.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk and workspace.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

  • 5 years of experience required.

  • Prior experience in the financial services sector required.

  • Proficiency with SAP Concur is required.

  • Skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Qualifications
