This role offers the opportunity to support high-level professionals in a fast-paced and highly respected financial environment. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office.
Job Description:
Compensation : $30 - $35 Job ID : 41731
Job Function:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries.
Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and vendor coordination.
Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track project deadlines.
Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply orders.
Maintain an organized and efficient front desk and workspace.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
5 years of experience required.
Prior experience in the financial services sector required.
Proficiency with SAP Concur is required.
Skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
