Our client is seeking highly organized administrative professionals to support its fast-paced investment operations. Based in Greenwich, this role offers exposure to a dynamic financial environment and the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team. Overtime can be expected on a consistent, as-needed basis. The position follows a 3/2 hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Wednesday, remote on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description:


Compensation : $25 - $30 Job ID : 39667

Job Function:

  • Provide administrative support for all day-to-day functions within the Investor Relations team.

  • Manage calendars, schedule travel, and process expenses (Concur).

  • Create pitchbooks and organize roadshows.

  • Collaborate within a team of Administrative Assistants, providing coverage and support as needed.

  • Adapt to fluid responsibilities and assist across the IR function when required.

  • Support senior leadership in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.


Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.

  • Background in hedge fund or financial services preferred.

  • Experience with expense and travel planning (Concur/Amex a plus, not required).

  • Prior Executive Assistant experience highly valued.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating pitch decks.

  • Experience organizing roadshows.

Qualifications
