Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage the CEO and COO's schedules, prioritizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize the executives' time
- Assist with agenda preparation for meetings
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as document preparation, data entry, and file organization as needed
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business and personal trips
- Manage personal tasks for the CEO/COO including handling personal appointments, reservations, and errands.
- Expense management
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and update electronic files for both professional and personal documents.
- Keep track of important deadlines, birthdays, and other relevant information.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, both professional and personal, as requested by the CEO and/or COO
