Calendar Management:
  • Efficiently manage the CEO and COO's schedules, prioritizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize the executives' time
  • Assist with agenda preparation for meetings
Communication and Correspondence:
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support such as document preparation, data entry, and file organization as needed
Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business and personal trips
Personal Support:
  • Manage personal tasks for the CEO/COO including handling personal appointments, reservations, and errands.
  • Expense management
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Information Management:
  • Maintain and update electronic files for both professional and personal documents.
  • Keep track of important deadlines, birthdays, and other relevant information.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, both professional and personal, as requested by the CEO and/or COO
