We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a locums opportunity in the Outer Banks of North Carolina!
START: January for 3 months
SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday; 4 days/10hr shifts
COMPENSATION: Depending on experience
ASSIGNMENT: 3-month locum tenens assignment
Physician Assistant Job Summary:
- All outpatient- Primary Care/Internal Medicine experience
- Monday-Thursday, no call
- Average patient volume: 20/day
- Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and leadership support provided
- Clinical responsibilities to include the ability to provide wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Physician Assistant Qualifications:
- Active NC state medical license
- Primary Care/Internal Medicine experience
- Comfortable with EMR/RPMS and tech-savvy
- DEA and BLS
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
