We have a full-time Primary Care position available near Hartford, CT. Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to treat patients in an outpatient setting. The schedule is Monday-Friday, days. Duties will include, new patient assessments, reading lab results, immunizations, medication management, follow up, preventative care and patient education.
