Virtual Care Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

We are searching for PAs and NPs interested in assisting physicians with patient care on a virtual platform. You will collaborate with physicians to enhance patient outcomes through innovative telehealth solutions and help provide compassionate, personalized care. The goal is to deliver efficient and effective healthcare services remotely. The program specializes in supporting patients in senior care facilities and those transitioning home after discharge, aiming to reduce readmissions and promote better health management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients using a telehealth platform.

• Assist physicians in assessing patients and developing treatment plans for non-emergency conditions such as common colds, flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, allergies, and rashes.

• Help coordinate diagnostic tests and follow-up care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and proper use of recommended treatments.

Qualifications:

• Active PA or NP license in Florida.

• Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is preferred.

• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic medical records.

• Ability to assess patients and communicate clinical findings clearly to the physician in a virtual environment.

• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
