Summit Health is actively recruiting for an experienced Primary Care Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

As an expansion of Summit Health’s Primary Care Team, we are seeking a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to care for our growing primary care population. This position will not host a traditional panel but will truly act as an extension of our Primary Care Providers.

You will be joining a team of well-respected Primary Care Physicians within Summit Health, providing in basket support, placing orders, and seeing patients in clinic.
