Location: Henderson, NV

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our internal medicine practice. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care including well visits, sick visits, chronic disease management, pre-op evaluations, Medicare wellness visits, EKG interpretation, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate is clinically competent, friendly, and able to make patients feel comfortable while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
- Manage well visits, sick visits, and chronic disease care
- Perform pre-operative evaluations
- Interpret and read EKGs
- Complete Medicare wellness visits
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA regulations and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members

Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) license in Nevada
- DEA certification
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Experience in internal medicine or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of patient conditions independently
