Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This provider will primarily deliver outpatient primary care services, with occasional support at a nearby Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as needed. We welcome both new graduates and experienced providers, as our physician owners provide direct mentorship and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans and preventive care strategies.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Occasionally provide coverage at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

• Active or eligible for North Carolina state licensure.

• DEA registration (ability to prescribe medications).

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
