NP/PA Primary Care opening in North Carolina
Located in Oxford, NC - Durham 35m, Raleigh 40m
Full-time; Permanent
Outpatient Primary Care
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Overview:
* Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care.
* Practice located at Granville Primary Care in Oxford, NC.
* Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
* Provide comprehensive primary care services including: Acute and chronic disease management, Preventive care and health promotion and Minor procedures (including minor laceration repair).
* Assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and educate patients.
* Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing.
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
* Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and clinical guideline development.
* Maintain continuity of care including triaging patient calls and messages.
* Outpatient clinic-based role.

Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
* Active North Carolina NP or PA license.
* Prescriptive authority (NP) or NC PA licensure.
* DEA (or ability to obtain).
* BLS required.
* ALS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months.
* Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
* Ability to manage acute and chronic care independently within scope.
