Advanced Practice Provider – Community Internal Medicine (NP or PA)

Setting: Outpatient Internal Medicine & Preoperative Clinic
Position Overview
This outpatient-focused role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive internal medicine and preoperative care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The position emphasizes autonomous clinical decision-making while working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing/support staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
Practice Environment
* Outpatient internal medicine and preoperative clinic setting

* Emphasis on patient-centered, evidence-based care
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive medical care within NP/PA scope of practice
* Perform histories, physical exams, and preoperative evaluations
* Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests
* Develop and implement treatment plans
* Exercise independent clinical judgment while collaborating with the care team
* Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care
Schedule
* Full-time outpatient schedule
Compensation
* Annual compensation range: $119,870.40 – $167,273.60

Qualifications
* Nurse Practitioner
* Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
* Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
* Active or eligible Wisconsin RN and APRN licensure
* Physician Assistant
* Graduate of an accredited PA program
* NCCPA certification
* Active or eligible Wisconsin PA licensure

* New graduates: 3 letters of reference from clinical preceptors
* Internal candidates: 3 most recent performance evaluations
