Join our post-acute care team in Artesia, NM as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This flexible, part-time role (1 day/week preferred) is ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful patient care, schedule autonomy, and strong organizational support.
Role Overview:
• Part-time schedule — 1 day/week preferred
• Post-acute inpatient setting
• Daytime call only, Monday–Friday, on days worked
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (IDT)
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to post-acute patients
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Work collaboratively with physicians and IDT members
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery
Qualifications:
• New or experienced clinicians welcome
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New Mexico NP/PA license
• DEA preferred (not required)
Compensation:
• Fee-for-service model (FFS)
• Estimated annual compensation: $26,139–$31,367 for part-time
• No cap on productivity income potential
