Position Overview:
Join a growing post-acute care team in the Tri-Cities area, providing high-quality primary care to patients in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. This full-time role offers excellent flexibility, strong earning potential, and comprehensive support while allowing you to create a balanced work-life schedule.
Compensation:
• Fee-for-service (FFS) model
• Expected annual compensation: $134,000–$161,000+
• No cap on productivity income
• Benefit-eligible full-time position
Qualifications:
• Board-certified FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, AGPCNP, or PA-C
• Open to training experienced advanced practice clinicians
• Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain)
