We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan, starting Jan 15, 2026. This opportunity involves day shifts, Monday through Friday, at a nursing home. The provider will be on call every evening but will not be required to go onsite for calls.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and provide care for brain and spinal cord cases in a nursing home setting
  • Oversee medical treatment for residents
  • Respond to after-hours calls remotely without onsite presence
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation


Additional Information

  • Must hold an active Michigan license as a Physician Assistant
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Significant experience with brain and spinal cord cases in a nursing home is essential
