Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider - Coastal Community Setting
Location: Coos Bay, OR - Eugene 115m
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care & Pre/Post-Endoscopy Management
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* 50% Internal Medicine primary care and 50% endoscopy pre- and post-operative consultations
* Full-scope clinical management including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
* Health promotion, chronic disease management, and coordination of care
* Collaborate with specialists and community healthcare providers
* Prescribe and manage therapeutic medications within scope of practice
* Flexible full-time schedule with EPIC EHR system
* NHSC certified site with HPSA score of 14

Ideal Candidate:
* Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with unrestricted Oregon licensure
* Unrestricted DEA license
* Two years of primary care experience preferred
