Position Details:
Located in Stayton, OR - Salem 15, Portland 60m
Full-time, permanent position

Specializes in adult primary care with a focus on managing complex medical conditions and chronic diseases.
The clinic serves an adult patient population with a broad range of health needs.
You will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and collegial environment.
Provide primary care tailored to the specific patient population of your assigned clinic.
40 hours a week.
Participate in clinic-wide initiatives such as virtual care integration, quality improvement projects, and patient education efforts.
Collaborate with a team that includes medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, Care Coordinators and community health workers.
Job Qualifications:
Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
Current DEA License
Current BLS or ACLS
