Located in Salisbury, MD - Baltimore 115m
Full-time, permanent position

Facility is a FQHC site
Community Health Center
Experience Required
Provide primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday
Performs comprehensive physical assessments; evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patients medical conditions
Initiates and interprets labs and x-ray study results including CTs & MRIs
Performs medical procedures with appropriate credentialing
Refers patients for specialized consultation
Assists physicians in medical procedures
Uses prescriptive authority to write prescription medicines for patients
Enters/Dictates progress notes on patients charts indicating patient status and treatment procedures performed
Conducts follow-up patient care
Provides health education to patients and families
