The Practice: Busy private practice providers seek 2 part time or 1 full time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established primary care clinic. Our group of providers includes 3 Physicians and 4 PA’s and is consistent a top qualify provider for primary care.

Our practice is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime and Colorado Physician Partners. PHP Prime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large group contracting.

The Community: Located in Littleton in South Denver adjacent to Douglas County, #5 best county to live in US per USA today.

The Position:
  • Will work closely with partner physician to manage a panel of primary care patients with a strong emphasis on prevention of illness.
  • Orders, administers and analyzes diagnostic tests.
  • Performs advanced technical procedures.
  • Establishes systematic follow-up for evaluation of the plan of care and reassesses and modifies the plan, as necessary, including initiation of referrals and consultation with physicians and other health care providers as appropriate.
  • Maintains accurate, legible, and confidential records.
  • Trains patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries and disease prevention.
  • Develops and maintains a good working relationship with the healthcare team.
  • Approximately 14 patients a day.
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Successful completion of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics residency program
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
  • Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
Salary & Benefits:
  • $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 annual income per experience. 4 day work week, 10 hour day.
