Hello!
Solomon Page is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our client with a Locum Internal Medicine Outpatient opportunity in Fontana, CA:
- Location: Fontana, California.
- Practice Setting: Internal Medicine Primary Care / Outpatient.
- Specialty Requested: Locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Geriatric certifications and/or extensive experience working with adult patients.
- Schedule: Start ASAP, for 6 months. Monday-Friday 8:30a - 5:00p – Flexible on weekends is helpful but not required.
- Scope of Practice: Adult Primary Care/Outpatient – Acute care & Chronic Disease management, including Hypertension & Diabetes Management, Women’s Health (including Paps), coughs/colds, toe-nail removals as needed, some telehealth appointments possible, interpret and communicate regarding labs, etc.
- Average Census: Estimated 20 patients per day.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Full support Staff.
- License & Certification(s): Active California License. COVID Vaccine & Booster required.
- Travel & Lodging: Considered as needed.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated up to 90 days – depending upon candidate and application process.
