|Monday-Thursday| |8:00am-5:00pm|
|Friday 8:00am-12:00pm|
Other Detail :
1. Standard solo Family Medicine clinic coverage
2. Preferred provider is NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
3. Provider must be fully vaccinated.
4. Provider must have BLS certification.
5. Must have NC DEA with NC address.
6. Acute Care
7. Comfort treating both Peds and Adults
8. Clinical support staff available
9. Provider will be housed in hospital owned APTS.
10.Hospital provides flexible treatment through both scheduled appointments and walk-in availability and offers full-spectrum primary care for the entire family, newborns to adults.
Primary care services services include but are not limited to:
1. Routine check-ups
2. Physicals
3. Immunizations
4. Chronic disease screenings and management
5. Acute medical care
