**Internal Medicine NP/PA opening: Corvallis, Oregon** - Located 80 miles from Portland, OR **About the Job:** - Practice Support position - Full-time, permanent - Multi-specialty group - The hired candidate will serve in a utility role supporting internal medicine providers. - Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: 1. Providing same-day or next-day access for patients with urgent, low acuity care needs 2. Providing interim co-management of chronic illnesses (titrating medications, interval routine follow-up care) 3. Conducting, as needed, CMS Annual Wellness Visits 4. Meeting on a regular basis with internal medicine providers to review patient charts, collaborate on patient cases, and discuss workflow and expectations. - The role will support up to, but not exceed, four (4) internal medicine providers. The schedule will accommodate forty (40) work hours per week, including a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours availability for patient contact per week.
