- Full-time Permanent Position
- Schedule to be discussed with the provider
- The facility provides advanced skilled nursing and rehabilitative care while providing residents with a homelike atmosphere
- The provider will be conducting age-appropriate assessments of patients, rounding in an inpatient setting including history taking and physical examination, Performing assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive status, patient/family education, family involvement, and patient advocacy
- New Graduate with strong Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing
- A strong support staff of MD, APP, and LPNs on site
- AK license must be in process or in hand
