Hospitalist Physician Assistant (PA) – Brattleboro, VT

  • Experience: 1+ years in hospitalist or inpatient settings

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to codes and rapid response calls
  • Manage ventilator and step-down patients
  • Provide care for adult inpatient and observation cases
  • Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate transport to higher-level facilities
  • Document clinical activities using Cerner Community Works with AI scribe support
  • Collaborate with nursing, ED, and surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Support discharge planning with case management team

What You Need:

  • Active Vermont State License (or eligible)
  • Minimum 1 year of inpatient/hospitalist experience
  • Strong clinical skills in patient stabilization and ventilator management preferred
  • Ability to handle high-acuity adult patients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
