Provides diagnosis and treatment of patients within the scope of practice as defined by all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, protocols, etc. and within the individual Advanced Practice Provider's (APP) particular clinical specialty area, licensure and competency level. Performs acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures as appropriate.

What You?ll Champion:

• Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) required.
• 7-on/7-off Nocturnist schedule with flexible self-scheduling for exceptional work-life balance.
• Night shift coverage from Monday evening through Monday morning, providing predictable scheduling.
• Standard 8:00 PM start time with a variety of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shift options.
• Join a collaborative Hospital Medicine team alongside experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including bedside evaluations, medication management, admissions, and rapid response support.
• Participate in code response and patient care across inpatient units in a dynamic acute care setting.
• Practice in a high-volume hospital environment averaging 300 patients per night.
• Work with a supportive, team-based model designed for clinical excellence and professional growth.
