Great locum opportunity in Randolph, VT 🌄 for NP/PA providers to deliver nighttime inpatient care in a supportive critical access hospital setting. Ideal for providers comfortable working independently with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide overnight inpatient coverage for adult patients 🌙
• Manage admissions, treatment plans, and discharges 🩺
• Perform cross-coverage for hospitalized patients
• Coordinate care with respiratory therapy and support staff 🤝
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
• NP or PA with active Vermont license (required)
• Acute Care certification preferred
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred
Working Hours
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM ⏰
(Flexible ongoing coverage opportunities available)
