Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Salisbury, NC (Relocation Bonus Available)
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Nights (7pm-7am)
Setting: Hospital Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ICU patient care
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Perform ICU procedures (as credentialed)
- Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams
- Implement infection control measures
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina NP or PA license
- Acute Care certification required (ACNP or PA-C)
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS certification (required)
- ICU experience preferred (APP or RN background), but not mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
