Buffalo, New York, Hospitalist Physician Assistant Job Opportunity Clinical Role:

• Physician Assistant with Hospitalist experience required
• Join established group of 12 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
• Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Night schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Both daytime and nocturnist shifts are available.
• As a Day clinician, your responsibility will encompass rounding on approximately fourteen patients per shift and discharging when appropriate, while our night clinician will perform 3 admissions in addition to cross coverage
• The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7.?So, procedures or codes are not required
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts
• EPIC EMR plus great internal informatics platform
• Compensation: The base salary for days is $140k—$150k, and for nights, it is $170k
• Group is offering a commencement bonus of $25,000 for the nocturnist position
• Both positions have an opportunity for bonuses based on performance and growth
