**Hospitalist NP/PA Opening - Stayton, OR**
- 15 minutes from Salem; 1 hour from Portland
**About the Job:**
- Full-time, permanent  
- Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth to acute concerns and chronic illness.
- Number of patients seen per day: 15 - 18
- EMR is EPIC
- Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
- Each clinic includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers. 
- Group serves more than 40,000 patients annually from a 16-acre campus in Stayton, Oregon and in multiple clinics.

**Job Qualifications:**
- Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA License
- 2 or more years of experience, preferably in rural community medicine
