- Clinical Role:

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Client prefers providers with previous inpatient experience
- Work for a physician owned group
- Daytime opening
- You’d work 5 on/5 off
- Candidate will cover floor nursing calls and admit patients for group via ER with collaborating physicians available for phone consultation, if needed
- Group Patients come from a well-established referral network from physicians and facilities in the community
- Handle admissions (approximately 5 per night) and floor calls
- Team’s overall patient census ranges from around 45-60
- No procedures
- No codes/RRTs
- No need to admit to the ICU, which is a closed unit
- The hospital has all subspecialists inhouse
- EMR: EPIC

- Organization Information:
- Work for a private hospitalist group
- Base salary of $115k-$140k+ plus productivity bonuses (commensurate with experience)
- Ability to pick up per diem shifts for extra income, as well
- Work for independent, physician- owned group with 18 years of Hospitalist tenure
- Group provides day and night Hospitalist services across multiple hospital facilities
