Envision Physician Services is looking for a Full-Time APP with Experience working in both ICU as well as Hospitalist settings. In the ICU, APP will be working as the ICU attending during the day. As a Hospitalist, the APP will be part of the admitting team working with a Hospitalist Attending. The ideal candidate would be comfortable in both settings.

• HM TEAM:
  • Physician: 5 Day 7a-7p / 1 Night 7p-7a
  • App: 1 Day 7a-7p / 1 Night p-4a
• ICU TEAM
  • Physician 1 Day 7a-7p with night call
  • APP: 1 Day a-p / 1 Night 7p-7a (with ICU physician on call)

• Open ICU, covered by ICU Team
