Job description Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Position Type: Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility Setting Compensation: $107,488 – $131,860 annually (no cap on productivity income potential) About the Opportunity: Join a leading post-acute and palliative care organization as a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) providing palliative services at skilled nursing facilities near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to deliver meaningful, patient-centered care while working alongside a compassionate and experienced interdisciplinary team.
