**Hospice & Palliative Care opening in Ohio**
- Nurse Practitioner
- Located in Findlay, OH
- 45 miles to Toledo, OH
- Full Time
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care needs in accordance with palliative care mission
- First shift, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, 5-6 patients/day
- No weekends, holidays or call
- Join full support staff
