**Position Overview:**
- Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH
- Seeking a NP for outpatient Hospice & Palliative Care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care needs in accordance with palliative care mission
- First shift, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, 5-6 patients/day
- No weekends, holidays or call
- Join full support staff
- Hospitalist group admits all patients
- Base compensation, quality bonus opportunities, paid mileage, CME allowance and full benefits
