***Inpatient NP Palliative Care opening in Findlay, Ohio***
- Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH
**Position Overview**
- Full-time; Permanent
- Geriatric experience required
- Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
- Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
- 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F
- 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8am-5pm, rotating on-call
- Hospitalists admit, Open ICU
**Qualifications:**
- REQUIRED: 3+ years experience as advanced provider in an acute care setting or with palliative care and hospice
- Geriatric certification required or obtain within 1 year
- Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population
- Close proximity to Lima, OH
**Compensation**
- Base salary plus wRVU
- 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
