Opportunity:

• Palliative Care provider
• Immediate need
• Inpatient Opportunity
• Monday to Friday and every 5th weekend
• 2 to 3 new consults, 4 to 7 follow-ups per day
• Team consists of 1 MD, 3 PAs, 1 nurse, and 1 social worker
• Credentialing: 2-3 months
• EMR: Epic
• Provider must have palliative care experience
• Provider must have an active DEA and California medical license
• Great support from multiple specialties
• Excellent compensation
