Transplant Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Blood & Marrow Transplant
Location: Rochester, MN

Employment Type: Full Time (0.8–1.0 FTE), permanent position
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Position Overview
This role supports a high-volume blood and marrow transplant program and offers the opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy within a multidisciplinary transplant team. The APP will care for patients with complex hematologic malignancies across inpatient, hospital-based outpatient, and longitudinal pre- and post-transplant clinic settings.

Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive care for blood and marrow transplant patients
* Conduct detailed assessments and develop treatment plans
* Diagnose conditions and order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing
* Prescribe chemotherapeutic and pharmacologic therapies
* Deliver patient and family education throughout the transplant continuum
* Manage complex medical comorbidities using internal medicine skillsets
* Collaborate with physicians, fellows, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, and transplant coordinators
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary range: $128,000 – $179,000 based on experience
* Shift differential eligible
* CME allowance of $4,400 annually
* Up to 7 CME trip days for benefit-eligible employees

Shift Differential
* Day shift (7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
* Weekend: $4.00
* Evening shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
* Weekday: $3.80
* Weekend: $7.80
* Night shift (10:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)
* Weekday: $7.00
* Weekend: $11.00
Qualifications
* BLS and ACLS certification required
* DEA registration required
Nurse Practitioner
* Master’s-prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* Current Minnesota RN and APRN license
* Certification as FNP, ANP, or ACNP
Physician Assistant
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Current NCCPA certification
* Registration with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
Preferred Experience
* One year of acute care experience as NP or PA
* Experience in blood and marrow transplant, hematology, oncology, internal medicine, or acute care
