The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with cancer and blood disorders while working alongside a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.

### Position Highlights
Provide direct patient care in outpatient Hematology/Oncology settings under physician supervision
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care plans
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems

### Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
No overnight call requirements

### Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)

### Requirements
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in IL
Certification as an Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Oncology experience strongly preferred (new grads with oncology RN background may be considered)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish or other languages)
