Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner Opening | Cooperstown, New York

Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join collaborative Hematology/Oncology team in Cooperstown, NY. This program operates within a multidisciplinary model, providing comprehensive care and a full continuum of oncology services.
Program Overview:
Collaborative, multidisciplinary model with onsite Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists, and Radiologists
Comprehensive support team includes Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, a Nutritionist, and Palliative Care Practitioners
Inpatient practice within a multi-specialty group and closed medical staff of 500+ practitioners
Supportive leadership, advanced resources, and an exceptional team-oriented culture
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule: 5-day work week (36 hours clinical / 4 hours administrative)
Focus on high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Incentives:
Salary Range: $104,040 – $140,096*
*Based on experience, training, and market alignment*
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000

Qualifications:
Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
Certification as an NP in Adult-Gerontology or Family Medicine (Oncology experience preferred)
BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
Previous oncology or inpatient experience preferred
Estimated pay range/amount is $126,919 - $156,026.
