Roles & Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive care to Oncology/Hematology patients
-
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
-
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
-
Manage acute and chronic health conditions
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
-
Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
-
Provide patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes and excellent patient experience
-
Participate in preoperative and postoperative clinical care when needed
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Work collaboratively with experienced oncology and hematology providers
Compensation & Benefits

New Graduates: $160,000 to 160,000/year

Base salary increases based on years of experience

Annual bonus, typically around $10,000

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Current APRN/NP or PA license

Candidates with a pending license may be considered

Oncology/Hematology experience is helpful but not required
