Opportunity for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Senior Health Clinic team. This position is ideal for a compassionate and skilled provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our senior population.
Full-time opportunity at our established Senior Health Clinic
Provide comprehensive care to geriatric patients, both in-clinic and in affiliated nursing homes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life for aging adults
Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Well-established and well-respected healthcare system. Numerous residency programs, including Internal Med, Emergency Med, OBGYN, Psych, Cardiology, Ortho, and more. One of the busiest EDs in the country with a dedicated Pediatric ED. Level III Trauma Center. Level III NICU. Robust Hospitalist service. State of the art facility and comprehensive programs.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in geriatrics or nursing home/long-term care settings
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
