Advanced Practice Provider Senior Health Opening in Fayetteville, North Carolina

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Senior Health Clinic team.
This position is ideal for a compassionate and skilled provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our senior population.
Position Details:
Full-time opportunity at our established Senior Health Clinic
Provide comprehensive care to geriatric patients, both in-clinic and in affiliated nursing homes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life for aging adults
Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
Requirements:
Licensed PA or NP in North Carolina (or eligible)
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in geriatrics or nursing home/long-term care settings
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
