- Full-time Permanent position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- 100% outpatient
- The provider will be providing medical care for all ages
- The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care
- Travel required within a 20 mile radius
- FL license must be in hand or in process
