The Geriatric Nurse Practitioner locum tenens opportunity in Oregon….

-Duration: December 5 - Ongoing

-Location: 80 miles south of Portland, OR

-Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week

-Shift: 8am-6pm

-Call: 1:6 rotation weekly

-Scope: Perform geriatric comprehensive assessment for 8-10 nursing home patients a day. Manage chronic diseases and acute infections.

-Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per day

-Group/Support: 2 LPNs, 1 LPN Care coordinator, and 1 medical office specialist

-EMR: EPIC

-Hospital: 25 beds

-Required: Active Oregon License, Board Certified, BLS
