We are urgently seeking a skilled Gastroenterology APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a busy and growing GI practice in New Windsor, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting with strong compensation and excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with GI conditions
• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education on GI health and preventive care
• Assist with GI procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Master’s degree as NP or PA
• Active New York license
• NCCPA certification (for PA) or ANCC/AANP certification (for NP)
• GI experience preferred
• Active DEA registration
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday (Outpatient setting)
Skills
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Knowledge of gastrointestinal disorders
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• EMR proficiency
• Team-oriented approach
