We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity begins on Nov 24, 2025, with an assignment length of 159 days, offering Monday through Friday day shifts from 8 am to 4 pm. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of gastroenterology experience, hold an active New York license, and possess current BLS certification. EPIC experience is highly preferred for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide clinical care and management for gastroenterology patients
- Perform patient assessments and document findings
- Assist with diagnosis and treatment planning for GI conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation (highly preferred)
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety guidelines
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years of gastroenterology experience required
- Active New York license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Must be board certified in gastroenterology
