**Opportunity Summary**
- Full Time
- Ambulatory and acute advanced provider
- Provide support for GI physicians in Findlay and Bluffton
- M-F, clinic and inpatient rounding
- Primary clinic location in Findlay, as well as satellite clinics in Carey, Bluffton & Ottawa
- Potential weekend call coverage for office
- See new and established clinic patients at GI practice, as well as Bluffton Hospital
- 3-5 years experience required, ideally a combination of inpatient and outpatient
