- All candidates must be board certified as appropriate and have current California licenses;
- Contracts should be for a minimum of three months and the ability to extend for an additional three months is preferred;
- This position is Family Medicine Only and candidates should be able to see patients of all ages, preferably from 6 months of age to the elderly.
- Experienced PAs and FNPs will be considered as substitutes for physicians on a case-by-case basis.
- ODCHC uses the EPIC electronic health record system at all sites; experience preferred but not required; EHR support provided; scribes may be available but not guaranteed.
- We will attempt to accommodate provider’s schedule preferences;
- ODCHC expects charts to be closed day of visit (and within 72 hours absolutely) and within normal clinic hours;
- Provider should expect to be scheduled for 10 patients within a four-hour clinic (morning, afternoon or evening); this is a Full-time position.
