Located just over 2 hours from Augusta, ME
About the GROUP:
A well-established health center committed to delivering compassionate care to rural communities of southern Maine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their Primary Care team.
About the POSITION:
- Outpatient Primary Care - Advanced Practitioner
- 2 + years of direct experience in EM or a rural setting with UC is preferred
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Call: rotating 2 weeks on, 1 week off
- Group serves around 1,500 patients annually
